I have not received my last order. All past orders have been filled promptly and badges have received 5 star ratings. Please check that order has actually been shipped and not returned to you.

William, unfortunately we have no control over USPS. I personally drop off all packages direct to the post office or a USPS mail box to reduce the chances of someone stealing from our mailbox. I'll email you to see if we can't figure out a solution.
